If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it simple — we proudly offer 30-day easy returns.
Returns
We accept returns for unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

The reason for your return
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the instructions for sending your item back.
Please note:

The item must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

We do not provide prepaid return labels; shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.

If your package is refused or returned to sender, the return shipping cost will be deducted from any eligible refund.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
If it’s been more than 10 business days since your return was processed and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at bodiomm@gmail.com for verification.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right with a replacement or refund.
Include clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can process your request quickly.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have.
Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.
